SCHEDULE:
- 37-40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as [Dentrix] is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset

- 🦷 Is organized and enjoys multitasking
- 🦷 Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team
