Location: Laguna Niguel, California
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
About Momentum Senior LivingMomentum Senior Living owns and manages luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout multiple states and continues to grow through new developments and acquisitions.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our Executive Leadership Team while overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our corporate office.
Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, travel, and meetings.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and company events.
- Maintain office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Support confidential executive projects.
- Prepare correspondence and executive communications.
- Organize corporate records and administrative processes.
- Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or Office Management experience.
- Experience supporting executive leadership preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
