Lead the care team at one of Fort Worth’s newest senior living communities.

The Emberly at Heritage Glen opened in December 2025, and we’re growing fast. We are a Thrive Senior Living community offering assisted living and memory care in the Heritage Glen area of north Fort Worth, and we’re looking for a Director of Health & Wellness to lead our Resident Care Department.

This is a rare opportunity. You won’t inherit someone else’s problems or someone else’s culture. You’ll build a care team, set the clinical standard, and shape what wellness looks like in a brand-new community where residents and families notice everything you do.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all aspects of resident care across assisted living and memory care, including assessments, service plans, medication management, and physician coordination
• Recruit, train, and develop nurses, medication aides, and caregivers
• Own compliance with Texas HHSC assisted living regulations
• Complete assessments for prospective residents and serve as the clinical voice on tours, giving families confidence in the care their loved one will receive
• Partner with a director team that shows up for each other every day

What we’re looking for:

• Current, unencumbered Texas LVN or RN license
• 1 to 2 years of nurse leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
• Working knowledge of Texas Type B assisted living regulations
• Someone who leads with heart and manages with excellence
