THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for a Product Health Coordinator to join our growing operations at our Corporate office in Reserve, Louisiana.

The Product Health Coordinator role is responsible for growing and maintaining Customer Service Agreements and Preventive Maintenance Contracts. This is a fast-paced, challenging position tasked with monitoring service work in progress as well as developing and maintaining the sales/service relationship with customers through our Product Health Team. The Product Health Coordinator will utilize the latest technology offerings in the industry to proactively detect and resolve customer machine and engine issues. The implementation of these tasks allows us to generate additional value for our customers by reducing life cycle cost and allowing them to capitalize on additional opportunities.


YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Provide product information and estimates to customers in coordination with the Service Department
  • Gain knowledge about equipment technology, operation, and product health to proactively resolve customer issues and improve customer loyalty
  • Build rapport with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Monitor service work in progress
  • Dispatch and lead a team of technicians through the preventative maintenance cycle while working closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • REQUIRED: Strong computer skills including MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Inventory software platforms
  • REQUIRED: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other employees of the organization
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED: Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience

  • SCHEDULE: Monday Friday from 8am - 5pm
  • Will require physical movement as listed in the job description
