You will own the end-to-end growth engine for a multi-product financial ecosystem, designing and optimizing how customers discover, adopt, and expand their use of financial services. The Product Owner, Growth is responsible for building and scaling the company’s growth engine across multiple financial products and customer journeys. The role ensures that product experiences are continuously improved, compliant, and aligned with both customer needs and business objectives, while driving acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across multi-product customer journeys and acquisition channels.
- Design and enhance digital financial products, including mobile apps, account management tools, and payment solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through automation, analytics tools, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to uncover customer needs, behavioral patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with engineering to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and security standards.
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to improve user experience, satisfaction, and retention.
- Define and communicate product roadmaps aligned with overall company strategy and growth objectives.
This role requires strong product ownership experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within fintech or financial services. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, execution strength, and a deep focus on customer-centric product development.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a startup or fintech environment.
- Strong ability to run agile sprints and manage end-to-end product delivery cycles.
- Experience working on financial products, with exposure to payments, lending, or banking concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and user insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, and security considerations in financial products (preferred).
- Proficiency with product management tools for backlog management and roadmap tracking.
