Job Description
Strategic Account Representative
Position location is flexible and may office from a branch in WA, OR, Northern NV or Northern ID
Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 4:00pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as a Strategic Account Representative, you will support customer development and continued growth of our large contract customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Developing and growing the corporate relationship
o Providing consistent communication and be responsive to contract customer needs and requests
o Preparing and conducting regular business review meetings
o Working with the Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers and local account teams across the country to grow existing business and to add additional new business at each plant location
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess at least 1 year of sales work experience or comparable industry experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a degree in Business/Marketing or a related field of study
o Possess 2 years of related industry sales work experience
o Demonstrate knowledge of material management programs and cost savings documentation
o Prior work experience and success in key account sales

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - 72,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
