As a Revenue Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic marketing partner to an Enterprise sales organization across North America.
You’ll work closely with account executives, sales leaders, and BDRs to understand pipeline priorities, buyer needs, and account-level opportunities.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across webinars, field events, gifting, direct mail, and account-based programs.
You’ll connect sales and marketing teams, turning commercial priorities into programs that create engagement and influence pipeline.
Success will depend on your ability to manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and program logistics while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
You’ll also use performance data and engagement trends to refine the marketing approach and help shape an evolving revenue marketing playbook.
- Build trusted relationships with Enterprise account executives, sales managers, and BDRs by participating in sales meetings and QBRs and staying closely aligned with pipeline, territory, and account priorities.
- Act as a strategic marketing advisor, proactively identifying opportunities and recommending programs that address customer and business needs.
- Connect the Enterprise sales organization with the broader marketing team by establishing shared objectives and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end execution of customer webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, production, and post-event follow-up.
- Plan and execute field marketing experiences such as executive dinners, roundtables, and local events that engage prospects, customers, and sales teams.
- Develop and manage targeted gifting and direct mail campaigns supporting account-based marketing initiatives and strategic buyer engagement.
- Coordinate program logistics, including vendor management, budgets, timelines, invitations, communications, and lead handoffs to sales.
- Measure program performance through attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations to sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Use data and campaign insights to determine which programs to scale, optimize, or discontinue, driving continuous improvement across revenue marketing activities.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in field marketing, demand generation, or another customer-facing marketing function; 3+ years may be considered with an advanced degree.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing events and marketing programs that effectively support sales teams and commercial objectives.
- Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS sales motions and longer, multi-stakeholder purchasing cycles.
- Strong understanding of how marketing programs can generate engagement, influence pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and support revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with direct mail, gifting, account-based marketing, or similar targeted engagement campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools such as Asana or comparable solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build credibility with sales leaders and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, adaptability, and attention to execution quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas, engage in constructive debate, and give and receive feedback professionally.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for field events and team offsites.
- For applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, Texas office, willingness to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
- Annual base salary range of $83,600–$110,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and other factors.
