The IT Director will lead a small internal IT team of three professionals and be responsible for the overall technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor management, and user support functions of the agency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and support services.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and improve Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, and endpoint management.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
• Create and implement technology roadmaps aligned with agency goals.
• Support AI and automation initiatives that improve business efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are maintained.
• Partner with department leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.
