Position Summary:

The Final Integration Technician II is an electronics and engineering specialist who performs quality control trials on various types of products. They carefully inspect parts or finished products to make sure they were built according to specifications. The technician then puts items through a series of tests to determine their effectiveness, durability, and safety. The technician is expected to follow their product into the field through the installation process.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Able to perform all duties of a Final Integration Technician I.
  • Use various test equipment to calibrate all sensors, transducers, flows, pressures, and volumes including but not limited to multi-meters, oscilloscopes, thermometers, current simulators, flow meters, graduated cylinders, and scales.
  • Carefully inspect all parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to ensure they were built to RENA standards for reliability and serviceability as well as meeting the customer’s requirement and escalates problems to ensure corrective actions are put into place.
  • Test and align multi-axis linear transfer for smooth, accurate and safe movement of customer product from location to location within the system.
  • Performs all final tests, including marathon/burn-in runs that test reliability and up-time.
  • Must be a positive mentor and role model.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in both domestic and international travel settings.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
  • Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)
  • 2-year technical degree or military equivalent, or 4 years in manufacturing assembly experience. Preferred experience should include product testing, quality control, and safety.
  • Minimum 2 years-experience in final test, field service, or equipment maintenance in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills with a self-starting attitude, team-player, and flexibility. A fast-learner and high degree of creativity and initiative is expected.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to effectively understand and operate within safety guidelines and policies.
  • Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

    Standard production/manufacturing environment. Work involves extended periods of standing, occasional walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
