MAJIC STAIRS – PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE-TEST in Ocala, Florida at Galaxy Lifts

Majic Stairs is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our production team as a General Labor / Production Associate. This hands-on role supports the company’s overall growth strategy by assisting with manufacturing, material handling, assembly, packaging, and other production activities as needed.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Assist with the assembly and preparation of Majic Stairs and Majic Attic Lift products and components.

• Move materials, components, and finished products between production areas safely and efficiently.

• Prepare materials and components for upcoming production needs and assist team members with general assembly activities.

• Assist with packaging, wrapping, banding, and staging finished products for freight shipment or local pickup.

• Inspect materials and components for visible damage or defects and communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain a neat, efficient workplace with a strong commitment to safety and established workplace procedures.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other approved equipment after required training is completed.

• Support multiple production areas based on workload and operational needs and participate in cross-training.

• Communicate with supervisors and peers to maximize productivity and ensure production targets are met.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or related experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical mindset with the ability to understand how components are intended to go together and work.

• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
