This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote, entry-level sales role designed for energetic and highly organized bilingual professionals eager to grow in the field of B2B sales.
You will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound prospecting while also supporting key administrative and pipeline management tasks.
The role combines cold outreach, lead qualification, and sales coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient sales funnel.
You will work closely with internal teams to schedule discovery calls, maintain accurate CRM data, and support ongoing sales operations.
A strong focus is placed on communication, consistency, and attention to detail in managing multiple outreach activities simultaneously.

- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth communication between prospects and internal sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data by logging outreach activities and updating internal sales trackers.
- Manage follow-ups and email communication with prospects and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement.
- Support sales operations by organizing documentation, sales materials, and administrative files in shared systems.
- Assist with market research and basic sales enablement tasks to improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline quality.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process through structured administrative and coordination support.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or administrative support.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and confident approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a structured home office setup.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Monthly compensation equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044, depending on experience.
