This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving new business growth across healthcare organizations through strategic workforce solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships with hospital systems and healthcare executives, positioning innovative per diem staffing services and technology solutions that address critical clinical labor shortages. The role blends strategic sales leadership with consultative enterprise engagement, requiring the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and influence senior decision-makers. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying new opportunities, developing tailored value propositions, and closing high-value contracts. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where success is driven by pipeline discipline, strategic thinking, and strong execution. You will also contribute to upsell opportunities within existing accounts while maintaining a sharp focus on new client acquisition and long-term partnership development.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new healthcare system clients for per diem workforce solutions and staffing services.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective hospital and healthcare system accounts, focusing on high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers, including executives and department leadership.
- Present and position workforce solutions and technology offerings to demonstrate clear value in solving clinical labor challenges.
- Lead consultative sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships to grow service adoption and account value.
- Leverage referrals, market research, and strategic outreach to generate consistent new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and successful client implementation.
- 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience within the staffing or healthcare workforce industry.
- Proven success selling enterprise-level staffing or workforce solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, healthcare operations, and clinical labor challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines and consistently close new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify multiple pathways to win new business opportunities.
- Highly driven, competitive, and motivated by performance and results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Competitive base salary of approximately $130,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.
