Bilingual Spanish English Sales Representative in St Charles, Missouri at Senior Health Solutions

Senior Health Solutions is expanding our sales force. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in learning the Medicare, Life, Health and Supplemental Insurance Industry. We offer paid training and help getting your insurance license.

This position will begin in January of 2027 and is not remote.

Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We offer an extensive paid training program, with good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals.

Job Requirements

1. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both Spanish and English.
2. Active listening skills
3. The ability to multitask
4. Good computer and keyboarding skills
5. Ability to learn new software quickly
6. Previous Call Center or Sales experience a plus (not required)
7. Previous translating experience in a work position a plus (not required)

Benefits

1. $75,000-$100,000 (potential 1st year income)
2. Pay is weekly and bonuses monthly (based on prior month’s sales)
