Corporate Technical Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Technical Recruiter based in United States.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced recruiting environment where you will help build high-performing technical and corporate teams.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
The role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and proactive sourcing through interviews, offers, and hiring.
You will recruit across a range of technical disciplines while maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Success in this position requires strong technical understanding, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage high volumes.
You will also play a key role in delivering a responsive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, technical skill sets, and target candidate profiles.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and coordination through hire.
  • Recruit for both technical and corporate positions across multiple disciplines, managing a high volume of concurrent requisitions.
  • Conduct behavioral, competency-based, and skills-focused interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Proactively source talent through networking, social media, referrals, job boards, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning.
  • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruiting content designed to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Review resumes, assess qualifications, and present strong candidate slates to hiring managers.
  • Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate applications, background checks, required documentation, and other pre-employment activities with candidates and HR teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Protect confidential candidate and business information throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to a consistently positive, professional, and candidate-focused recruitment experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 4–5 years of proven recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on technical recruitment.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently discuss technical requirements with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with technical skill sets including TypeScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS, SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, Azure, UI applications, and modern development frameworks.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring IT and corporate professionals across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong understanding of proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with an energetic, approachable, and collaborative style.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, accountable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of recruiting activities and new initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing business and hiring needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • For remote work, reliable high-speed internet is required, using cable or fiber with Ethernet connectivity. Minimum speeds range from approximately 70/30 Mbps for basic use to 500–1,000/100+ Mbps for heavy use.
