This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Provider Recruiting Operations based in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and marketplace strategy.
You will help scale and strengthen a nationwide network of independent court reporting professionals.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, giving you direct influence over recruiting performance and provider growth.
You will build scalable systems, optimize recruiting funnels, and create onboarding experiences that drive long-term engagement.
Working cross-functionally, you will use data and market insights to identify opportunities, improve processes, and allocate resources effectively.
You will also lead and support a high-performing team while building trusted relationships with providers across diverse markets.
This opportunity is ideal for an action-oriented leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious growth goals into measurable results.

Accountabilities:
  • Own recruiting targets across individual markets, ensuring the network has the right number and mix of providers in the right locations at the right time.
  • Lead the identification, engagement, recruitment, and onboarding of new court reporters onto the platform.
  • Develop and continuously refine the provider value proposition, clearly communicating the benefits of joining and participating in the network.
  • Build, manage, and optimize the full recruiting funnel, from outbound sourcing and initial engagement through onboarding and active participation.
  • Establish performance metrics and provide regular recruiting readouts, identifying funnel drop-offs, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and streamline provider onboarding processes, including administrative workflows and introductions to relevant tools and technology.
  • Evaluate industry events, sponsorships, and other recruiting channels to determine their effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the court reporting industry, including certifications, provider specialties, job types, market dynamics, and the factors that influence provider decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data teams to develop recruiting materials, improve tools and workflows, and share actionable feedback.
  • Lead and support team members through clear goals, coaching, performance management, and a strong focus on achieving recruiting outcomes.
  • Continuously identify new approaches to improve provider acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume staffing organization, recruiting operation, or two-sided marketplace environment.
  • Proven leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to motivate teams and establish clear accountability.
  • Demonstrated success owning market-level recruiting targets, including planning, execution, measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building and managing full-cycle recruiting funnels, from outbound sourcing through onboarding and activation.
  • Strong operational and process-management skills, particularly in designing, scaling, and continuously improving recruiting systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and build meaningful relationships with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities, with the ability to use recruiting data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and guide decisions.
  • Ability to rapidly learn a new industry and become fluent in its terminology, mechanics, and market dynamics.
  • Highly adaptable, persistent, and action-oriented, with the judgment to pivot quickly when an approach is not delivering the desired results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change and new processes need to be created from the ground up.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of $130,000–$165,000.
  • Employer-sponsored health, vision, and dental benefits for employees and dependents.
  • Wellness and mental health benefits available to employees and their families.
  • Flexible paid time off designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Equity options providing an opportunity to participate in the organization's long-term growth.
  • Access to a company-provided 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Home office setup to support productive remote work.
  • Monthly stipend to help offset internet and phone expenses.
  • Fully remote work environment with a flexible schedule.
  • Opportunity to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities while helping scale a nationwide provider network.
