  • Proactively identify, pursue, negotiate, and close new customer opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, forecasts, and pipeline information using tools such as Salesforce.

  • Apply technical knowledge of packaging adhesives to understand customer challenges and develop consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer trials, presentations, and other activities that differentiate solutions and support new-business wins.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitive activity, and developments within the assigned territory to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on new-business development and proven success generating and closing opportunities.
  • Experience with industrial adhesives, packaging materials, or other technical products is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex customer needs into practical, commercially compelling solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert a high-performing sales pipeline.
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales process independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM and forecasting information.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively in an inclusive environment that values respect, teamwork, safety, empowerment, and continuous learning.
Benefits
  • Remote, home-based work environment.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-oriented sales opportunity.
  • Opportunities for career growth, professional development, training, and advancement within a global organization.
  • Collaborative team culture focused on inclusion, empowerment, safety, and shared success.
  • Exposure to industrial, technical, and international business environments.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Support for ongoing learning and development through training and talent-development initiatives.
