What You'll Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our operations engine, driving growth and connection across the community:

• Lead the charge on recruitment strategy - from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are.

• Spot talent fast - screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.

• Keep the team thriving - launch programs, track performance indicators, and design engagement strategies that keep caregivers, community partners, and clients connected.

• Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring connections that make every staff and client feel like family.

• Own compliance & HR essentials - oversee daily compliance with policies and procedures, maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.

• Apply financial savviness - strong business acumen to maintain operating budget, drive revenue, and spot income opportunities.

• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.

What It Takes:

• Home care experience in Pennsylvania (required)

• A self-starter who opens doors and wins trust on their own

• Charisma, hustle, and a genuine heart for the people we serve

• Bilingual a plus

What We're Looking For

• A relationship-builder with demonstrated leadership skills who thrives on connecting with people.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy).

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience).

• Sharp communication skills - verbal and written.

• Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals

• Organized, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.
