Flexcraft is seeking a Junior Process Technician to join our new Fort Worth facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who want to develop technical skills, learn manufacturing processes, and grow with a stable, family-owned company with more than 50 years of success.

No plastics experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have experience working in manufacturing environments that emphasize quality, safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.

What You'll Do

Monitor production equipment and manufacturing processesAssist with equipment setups, startups, and changeoversPerform quality inspections and documentationSupport troubleshooting and process improvementsFollow GMP, HACCP, quality, and safety standardsMaintain clean and organized work areasWork closely with production, quality, and leadership teams

Qualifications

Required

Manufacturing experienceExperience working in GMP and/or HACCP environmentsBasic computer skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

Food manufacturing experiencePackaging or consumer products manufacturing experienceExperience using measurement toolsLean manufacturing or 5S experience
