  • Contribute to business development activities, including participation in sponsor meetings and discussions with external stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring sustained concentration, attention to detail, multitasking, and frequent interaction with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge and capabilities required for the role.
  • At least 5 years of management or people-leadership experience, with a proven track record of building, motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep functional expertise in clinical trials and the broader clinical research/data analytics environment.
  • Strong understanding of centralized monitoring processes, operational risk management, clinical data, and data-driven approaches to improving trial execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract meaningful insights, and apply findings to real-world operational problems.
  • Strong technical capabilities with data handling, analysis, visualization, and related analytical tools.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, particularly when evaluating operational risks, competing priorities, and complex business situations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent the function with senior management, cross-functional stakeholders, clients, and external sponsors.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and teaching abilities, combined with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally when business needs require.
