Senior SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Consultant based in Brazil.

This is a senior integration role focused on designing, developing, and supporting reliable enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. You will work with SAP Integration Suite to connect critical business applications and enable scalable data flows. The role combines hands-on development with solution design, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities. Your expertise will help ensure secure, resilient, and high-performing integration architecture. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex digital transformation initiatives while applying modern SAP integration practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support iFlows, APIs, and integration interfaces across SAP and third-party applications.
  • Configure and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and related connectivity technologies.
  • Support integration scenarios involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and other SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  • Monitor integration interfaces, investigate failures, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders during implementation and support projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials, while contributing to knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure integration solutions follow SAP best practices, security standards, governance requirements, and architectural guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery activities and help coordinate integration work across project teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, including the development and support of iFlows.
  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, APIs, and enterprise integration concepts.
  • Practical experience with SAP connectivity technologies such as IDoc, RFC, and SFTP.
  • Experience integrating SAP applications with non-SAP systems and third-party platforms.
  • Good understanding of the SAP BTP platform and modern integration architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause-analysis capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA integrations is highly valuable.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Event Mesh, API Management, or Open Connectors is a plus.
  • SAP Integration Suite certification is desirable.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
