Work Setup: Onsite at The Hideout in Clark, Pampanga

Start Date: July 29, 2026

Schedule/Hrs: Shifting schedule (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 7;00 AM) 5 consecutive days, 2 rest days; shifting is every month

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing occupational health services, medical support, and wellness initiatives that promote employee health, safety, and well-being. This role delivers first aid and basic healthcare services, maintains medical records, supports workplace health programs, and ensures compliance with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

What does a day in the life of a Company Nurse look like?

  • Provide immediate medical attention, first aid, and basic healthcare services to employees experiencing illness, injury, or other medical concerns
  • Assess employee health conditions and determine appropriate treatment, intervention, referral, or escalation based on established medical protocols and nursing standards
  • Support onsite and remote employees by providing health consultations, medical guidance, and coordination of care when necessary
  • Review, evaluate, and validate medical documentation, including medical certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and other health-related records
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee medical records and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies
  • Monitor, maintain, and replenish medical supplies, medications, equipment, and clinic inventory to ensure operational readiness
  • Support occupational health programs, wellness initiatives, health awareness campaigns, and preventive healthcare activities
  • Develop and deliver employee education, training, and awareness programs related to health, wellness, ergonomics, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Assess workplace health risks and recommend improvements that support employee safety, ergonomics, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, medical professionals, government agencies, and other external stakeholders to support employee health initiatives and compliance requirements
  • Assist with pre-employment medical reviews and evaluate medical examination results in accordance with company policies and hiring requirements
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to employee health, workplace incidents, clinic utilization, medical inventory, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Support workplace health and safety programs by identifying potential risks and recommending corrective or preventive measures
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, nursing standards, company policies, and applicable legal requirements
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Company Nurse?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
  • Active and unrestricted nursing license in good standing
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, employee health, corporate healthcare, or a related nursing role
  • Knowledge of occupational health practices, workplace wellness programs, and employee health management principles
  • Experience providing first aid, medical assessment, health education, and basic clinical care services
  • Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations, workplace health requirements, and confidentiality standards
  • Experience in maintaining medical records, healthcare documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate and support employees effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential medical information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
