Job Description:

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting projects that improve how we plan, build, and deliver construction solutions.

You will:

• Gain real-world experience in industrialized construction and manufacturing operations.
• Work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals on meaningful projects.
• Learn how engineering principles are applied to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, construction operations, supply chain, and project management.
• Learn site-specific safety policies and procedures.

• Translate concepts learned in the classroom into practical, real-world applications.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Industrial engineering within the construction or manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
