WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A DRIVER HELPER:

• Assists the furniture delivery driver in making deliveries to W.B. Mason customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service.
• Places, assembles, and installs furniture to customer specifications.
• Ensures correct items are off-loaded at each stop.
• Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers.
• Communicates issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
