Assistant Manager / Entry Level Management in Boise, Idaho at Iron Bloom Collective

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager / Entry-Level Management candidate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training in charity fundraising, direct marketing, community outreach, customer service, client management, and leadership development.

No previous management, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is required. Our structured training program is designed to teach motivated individuals the skills needed to represent charitable organizations, support fundraising campaigns, work with local communities, and take on additional management responsibilities.

• Represent nonprofit and charitable partners through direct marketing and community outreach
• Educate community members about charitable organizations and their missions
• Assist with charity fundraising campaigns and events
• Build relationships with customers, donors, community members, and clients
• Communicate professionally with individuals and groups
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Accurately process and document donations
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
• Learn company operations, client management, and team leadership
• Support experienced managers with daily business activities
• Take on additional responsibilities as training and experience develop
