Fundraising Representative — Entry Level in Meridian, Idaho at Iron Bloom Collective

Do you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and being part of something bigger than yourself?

Ironbloom Collective is looking for Fundraising Representatives to help connect communities with nonprofit and charitable initiatives through engaging, face-to-face outreach.

This is an entry-level opportunity for people who are energetic, personable, and ready to learn. No previous fundraising experience is required — paid training is provided.

• Speak with members of the public about nonprofit campaigns and charitable initiatives.

• Create positive, respectful conversations with potential supporters.

• Clearly explain campaign goals, programs, and ways people can get involved.

• Represent nonprofit partners professionally at community events and outreach locations.

• Encourage community participation and answer questions.

• Record basic outreach activity and campaign information.

• Share feedback and observations with team leaders.

• Work collaboratively with other representatives to support daily campaign goals.

• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.

Fundraising experience is not required.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, education, volunteering, or community organizations can be helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.

You'll build practical experience in:

• Relationship building

• Event outreach

• Teamwork

• Leadership and professional development

• High school diploma or GED.

• Reliable transportation to assigned outreach locations.

• Comfortable working in a public-facing environment.

• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training.
