About the job



The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, integration, security, and continuous improvement of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP platform, ensuring reliable system performance and alignment with business objectives across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) across production, test, and development environments, including user security, licensing, configuration, and system administration.

  • Manage the multi-site ERP environment, including site configuration, replication, inter-site transactions, planning processes, inventory visibility, and organizational changes.

  • Maintain system stability and performance by monitoring queues, integrations, scheduled processes, database activity, and resolving technical issues.

  • Lead ERP release management activities, including environment refreshes, configuration migrations, regression testing, and deployment of system updates.

  • Design, develop, and support ERP customizations using Mongoose framework components, including forms, IDOs, user-defined fields, event handlers, and workflows.

  • Develop and maintain system integrations through APIs, ION workflows, EDI, and interfaces connecting ERP with internal and external business applications.

  • Provide advanced functional and technical support for ERP modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and Order Management.

  • Serve as the ERP data and reporting expert, utilizing SQL and system knowledge to support reporting, data integrity, analysis, and business decision-making.

  • Lead ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including module implementations, system enhancements, data migrations, and process optimization efforts.

  • Ensure ERP governance, security, and compliance through change management, documentation, audit support, access controls, training, and adherence to company information security policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects within a set deadline.

  • Adept in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Five years of related experience required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years of experience administering CSI/SyteLine in a multi-site environment site configuration, replication between sites, inter-site transfers, and cross-site planning.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

The pay range for this position is $97,201 - $106,156 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on the position offered, geographic location, education, training, and/or experience.
