Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product selection, and supporting showroom operations. Ideal candidates are personable, tech-friendly, and excited to help customers build the perfect home entertainment setup.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
Assess customer needs and recommend televisions, audio systems, mounts, smart home products, and installation services.
Demonstrate features and benefits clearly and accurately.
Follow up with customers on quotes, special orders, and installation scheduling.

Sales Execution
Achieve individual and store sales goals.
Prepare clean, accurate POS transactions including financing and warranties.
Participate in merchandising and maintaining showroom displays.
Support events, promotions, and weekend peak sales periods.

Product Expertise
Stay up to date on the latest TV technology: OLED, QLED, Mini-LED, soundbars, receivers, networking, etc.
Understand and explain differences between brands and models.
Learn in-home installation capabilities to upsell value-added services.

Store Support
Assist with inventory checks and light stock movement.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Help with basic administrative tasks when needed.

Skills & Requirements
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (consumer electronics a plus).
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to learn technical product features and explain them simply.
Comfortable working weekends and peak retail periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
