Position Overview: As a Transport Driver at Reid Petroleum, you'll play a vital role in the safe and efficient transportation of petroleum products. You’ll work with a supportive crew and enjoy being home every day, all while contributing to a company with a century-long tradition of excellence.

Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DEC, EPA, and company regulations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any concerns.
• Handle petroleum products with care, ensuring accurate and legible reporting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Reid Petroleum professionally at all times.

Physical Demands:

• Work a 52-hour work week with overtime pay for hours exceeding 40.
• Sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Drive long distances and endure adverse weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
• Maintain sensory tolerance for petroleum products and comply with DOT and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A NYS driver’s license with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• General vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Experience preferred but not required
