Job Summary:

Paychex Test Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in logistics and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to streamline processes and meet delivery deadlines.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
