Job Description

Strategic Partnerships Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director in the United States.

This is a high-impact, zero-to-one role focused on building and scaling a fast-growing partner ecosystem that drives measurable pipeline and revenue. You will take ownership of activating technology partners, referral channels, and system integrators, turning early-stage relationships into structured, repeatable go-to-market motions. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as many partnership programs are still being built from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design scalable partnership frameworks. Acting as a key connector across internal teams and external stakeholders, you will shape how partnerships contribute to overall revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to define the future of a partnerships function in a high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale the end-to-end partner ecosystem, including technology partners, referral channels, alliances, and system integrators, driving pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Build referral and partner programs from the ground up, including onboarding processes, engagement cadences, pipeline tracking, and attribution models.
  • Develop repeatable partner activation playbooks covering enablement, co-selling motions, joint marketing, and revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to maximize partner-driven revenue outcomes.
  • Analyze and structure partnership models, including revenue share, discounts, and commercial agreements, to optimize business impact.
  • Manage partner communications, QBRs, and joint planning sessions to improve engagement and performance.
  • Surface insights from partnership activity to improve internal GTM strategies and enablement programs.
  • Support executive leadership in evaluating new strategic partnerships based on market opportunity and alignment.
  • Drive alignment between upstream relationship building and downstream customer activation to ensure end-to-end success.
Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years of experience building and executing partner programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations, with strong analytical and structuring capabilities.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue or pipeline targets and delivering successful partnership outcomes.
  • Experience building programs from scratch in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B technology, or compliance/audit-related domains is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive equity package in a high-growth, Series C startup environment
  • Comprehensive wellness benefits, including access to therapy support sessions
  • Flexible time off and fully remote-first work structure
  • Home office and technology reimbursement programs
  • Twice-yearly in-person team offsites for collaboration and culture building
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Opportunity to build and scale a strategic function from the ground up.
