JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Close management of material flow and priorities
• Process optimization of blasting operation to reduce internal and external scrap
• Process and Quality audits
• Alignment of logistics priorities on critical material to be shipped

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support quality inspectors at final inspection
• Organize flow of material, making sure team is working on top priorities
• Communicate with Quality engineers on special requirements
• Escalate to leadership when problems occur

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Team supervising
• Quality processes
• Manufacturing engineering
• Logistics processes
