We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to serve children and adults through creative, play-based, and functional interventions. You’ll help clients strengthen motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall quality of life. • Evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to identify functional goals and appropriate interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions that improve functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities
• Educate clients and their families on self-care strategies, home carryover, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered care

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Two or more years of occupational therapy experience working with diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
