Position Summary:

Integration Health is seeking an Experienced or Strong New Grad Clinical Perfusionist to join our full-time permanent team supporting the San Jose, CA greater Bay Area ! This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team of eleven (11) full-time Perfusionists. Our team pumps around 115 cases (all adult) per perfusionist per year. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cardiopulmonary Bypass on Adult Patient Populations
• Autotransfusion
• Mechanical circulatory support device maintenance: IABP, IMPELLA
• ECMO Priming and Initiation
• Call Coverage

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)
  • Certification through the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
• 2 + years of experience as a perfusionist is preferred
• BLS certification must be maintained
• Demonstrates great communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact with fellow team members and healthcare professionals

• The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation will be based on years of experience, qualifications/certifications, and specific skill set.
