About This Position
Pharmacist
Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy oncology operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, Joint Commission standards and State and Federal requirements.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:Pharm D. degree from an accredited university with an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency plus 2 years of oncology experience preferred.
Pharm D. degree or BS Pharmacy from an accredited university with 5 years of oncology experience preferred.
Applicant must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
