Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of front office procedures, reservation systems, and property management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific property management systems such as Opera, Maestro, or similar platforms.
  • Certification in hospitality or customer service management.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front office team members to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on front office activities, occupancy, and guest feedback to senior management.
