  • Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues.

  • Anticipating potential onboarding obstacles and proactively addressing them to prevent delays.

  • Acting as a liaison between departments such as Occupational Health, IT&S, HRIS, Payroll, Security, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Ensuring compliance with system onboarding requirements and escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Participating in project teams that advance strategic Talent Acquisition & Innovation initiatives.

This role may be for you if:

  • You are energized by helping candidates feel supported, informed, and welcomed throughout the hiring process.

  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy under tight timelines.

  • You build trust easily and enjoy fostering positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they impact the candidate's experience.

  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where responsiveness, collaboration, and service excellence are essential.

  • You take pride in creating a smooth, engaging, and memorable onboarding experience for every new hire.
