Service Fire, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and industrial fire alarm systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program, inspect, and service commercial and industrial fire alarm systems.

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Conduct system testing and verification in accordance with NFPA, state, and local codes.

  • Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.

  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete installations on time and within scope.

  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and represent Service Fire, Inc. with professionalism.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a fire alarm technician in commercial/industrial environments.

  • Current Fire Alarm License (FAL) in the State of Texas required.

  • Strong troubleshooting and service experience preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of NFPA codes, standards, and testing requirements.

  • Proficiency in reading schematics and interpreting technical documentation.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule
  • Full-Time Monday through Friday

  • Occasional overtime may be available based on project demand.

Work Location
  • On-site at commercial and industrial client facilities throughout Texas.

  • Travel between job sites using a company vehicle will be required.
