Leasing Consultant - Apartment Community at Monarch Investment and Management Group – Rochester, Minnesota

Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team at Gates of Rochester Apartments, a 413 unit property in Rochester, Minnesota.

The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.

- Compensation: $16 - $18/hour

- Up to $100 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
