What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’re a key leader in the shop—helping your team succeed, serving our guests, and supporting store operations. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting Technicians, GSAs, and Team Leads
• Driving excellent service and a consistent guest experience
• Using our POS system to recommend the right services based on the vehicle’s make, model, and mileage
• Training and coaching team members to reach their potential
• Actively support managing daily operations—including opening and closing procedures, team training, inventory control, and reporting—to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals
• Acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is off-site
• Ensuring the shop is clean, safe, and operating at top performance

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment
• English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
