The Position: We are looking for a Payer Administrator & Quality Specialist to join our team!
Overview:
The Payer Administrator & Quality Specialist supports the Payer Relations and Revenue Cycle functions by ensuring payer data accuracy, claims system integrity, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. This role manages payer master records, supports payer audits, evaluates internal processes for compliance, and participates in payer relations projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and highly collaborative across departments.

Education and Experience:
- Required
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, business, revenue cycle, or a related field.
- Experience with payer systems, claims processing, and/or revenue cycle operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, payer requirements, and compliance processes.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- Experience with payer audits, payer relations, or quality/compliance reviews.
- Familiarity with claims systems, payer portals, and EDI processes (eClaims/ERN).
- Experience maintaining fee schedules and payer master files.
