Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Chinese/English) in Atlanta, Georgia at ROYPOW (USA) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse functions, support organizational growth, and ensure a positive workplace environment. Position Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor / Leader is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role supports warehouse staff, monitors workflow efficiency, enforces safety procedures, and ensures daily operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Battery Handling & Repackaging: Perform battery disassembly, reassembly, repackaging, and ensure safe handling procedures are followed.
• Receiving & Verification: Verify order quantities, product conditions, and delivery addresses for accuracy.
• After-Sales Parts Shipping: Manage the express delivery of parts for the after-sales department to ensure timely dispatch.
• Documentation & Logistics Management: Complete shipping documentation, ensure goods listed are shipped, and accurately record logistics information for review and tracking.
• Promotional Materials Distribution: Coordinate and distribute company promotional and marketing materials as required.
• Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control: Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory; arrange scattered goods to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Cross Department Coordination: Work closely with the after-sales department to support the packaging and delivery of accessories.
• System & Process Compliance: Continuously familiarize yourself with warehouse systems, operational processes, and workflow logic.
• Warehouse Safety & Security: Ensure warehouse safety standards are met and perform daily end-of-day checks, including securing doors and locks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or logistics-related certification is preferred).
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Experience handling batteries, electronic parts, or technical products is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP system.
• Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Bilingual Chinese/English Preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site position (9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday- Friday).
• May require overtime during peak periods.
• Regular interaction with team members, suppliers, and delivery personnel.
• Exposure to varying warehouse conditions, including temperature and noise levels.
