The Opportunity
We are seeking a Pipeline Distribution Inspector to provide technical leadership and oversight for our distribution infrastructure projects. In this role, you will act as a critical mentor to the inspection team, ensuring that construction and installation activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties
As a senior-level field representative, you will oversee multiple facets of the project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Technical Oversight: Conducting detailed inspections across at least two specialized disciplines, such as Welding, Coating, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

• Team Mentorship: Serving as a lead resource and mentor to other inspectors, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.

• Compliance Management: Ensuring all work adheres to the Clients specific Inspection and Project Supporting Roles and Responsibilities Guide.

• Quality Assurance: Monitoring craft performance and material applications to verify alignment with project specifications and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: Proven competency or technical certification in two or more inspection disciplines (e.g., Electrical/Instrumentation and Welding/Coating).

• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and mentor peers in a pipeline or heavy industrial environment.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret and enforce the specific roles and responsibilities outlined in project-standard inspection guides.

• Experience: 5 in pipeline distribution or energy infrastructure.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., API 1169, CWI, or NACE).

• Prior experience working within the standards of a leading energy or engineering firm
