This role is a key strategic position within a fast-growing technology organization, focused on bringing structure, predictability, and data-driven discipline to the commercial operation. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, acting as a critical link between raw sales data and actionable business insights. The position requires strong analytical capability to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance visibility. You will play a central role in improving commercial processes, strengthening CRM usage, and enabling a more scalable and efficient revenue engine. The environment is highly collaborative and hands-on, with direct impact on decision-making at the highest level. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in operational depth and strategic influence at the same time.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of Microsoft Dynamics as the central CRM system for all commercial activities.
- Structure, analyze, and continuously improve the sales pipeline, tracking conversion rates, losses, volume, and forecast accuracy.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and sales performance reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Support the CEO and commercial leadership in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and strategic sales meetings.
- Standardize and optimize commercial processes across the entire sales funnel, from lead entry to deal closure.
- Monitor CRM data quality and team discipline, ensuring opportunities are properly managed and updated.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose actionable improvements to increase conversion and predictability.
- Translate complex sales data into clear insights and recommendations for business leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics interpretation.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented profile with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Background in technology, SaaS, cloud, or B2B services is considered a strong advantage.
