Director of ACT Services at RiseWell Community Services – West Babylon, New York

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Director of ACT Services to oversee the ACT/FACT Teams. This position requires the candidate to be flexible and able to travel to various sites throughout NYC and Long Island.

In this role, you will provide direct supervision of ACT team leaders and oversee the functions and compliance of a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Director is responsible to provide direct oversight and supervision all ACT teams. Director is expected to travel between Queens & Long Island ACT locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Social Worker (LCSW preferred), Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, Minimum 5 years of experience in ACT with minimum 3 years supervisory experience. A valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
