Role: Business Development Representative
FLSA: Full Time | Salaried | Exempt
Reports to: Director of Operations
Fiesta Health is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong referral network, generating qualified leads, and serving as a key liaison between referral partners, families, and internal clinical teams.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and passionate about expanding access to quality behavioral health services. This individual will play a critical role in connecting families and community partners to Fiesta Health’s ABA programs.
Key Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:Referral Development & Outreach
- Conduct high-volume outreach (50-100 calls per day) to healthcare providers, pediatricians, therapists, schools, and community organizations across Georgia and other markets as needed.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new referral sources to build a consistent and sustainable pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key referral partners, including care coordinators, educators, and clinical providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Provide ongoing education to partners about Fiesta Health's ABA services, intake process, and patient outcomes.
- Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources to strengthen relationships, request referrals, and provide updates on client progress (as appropriate and compliant with privacy regulations).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate next steps with intake teams and clinical leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between referral sources and internal stakeholders, including Account Executives or Operations leadership.
- Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure a smooth intake and onboarding process experience for families.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person "lunch and learn" sessions to educate referral partners on ABA services.
- Represent Fiesta Health at local events, healthcare forums, and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies with organizational growth goals.
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately track outreach activities, referral sources, and pipeline progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion metrics.
- Participate in daily or weekly check-ins with leadership to review performance metrics, referral pipeline updates, and outreach strategy.
- Provide regular reporting on activities, conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve referral processes and overall patient experience.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of Fiesta Health’s services.
Role Requirements:
- BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required, or similar. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, or sales (ABA or behavioral health experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of referral-based healthcare models
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Passion for improving access to care for children and families

- Comp: Starting from $45k/ per annum + bonus. (Bonus will be based on achieved sales quotas and targets)
