What You’ll Do

Create a great customer experience every day—friendly, helpful, and solution-focused

Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Support and encourage your team to improve and stay engaged

Stay involved in daily operations: sales, inventory, merchandising, and store flow

Step in to handle customer needs and challenges with professionalism

This is a hands-on role where your attitude and energy set the tone for the entire store.

Someone who is naturally friendly, positive, and enjoys helping people

Strong communicator who can connect with both customers and team members

Reliable and takes pride in showing up and doing things right

Willing to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Retail or leadership experience is helpful—but we value attitude and effort above all else.

Schedule

5-day work week

Must be available Monday–Saturday

Saturdays are part of the leadership rotation
