Position Summary
The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the kitchen. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, equipment, and service ware are cleaned and sanitized properly to support daily cafeteria and café operations.

This role is essential to the success of the kitchen and contributes directly to food safety, organization, and overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
-Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment
-Operate commercial dish machine safely and properly
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
-Empty trash and recycling from kitchen areas as needed
-Assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
-Support basic prep tasks when time allows
-Maintain organized storage of clean equipment
-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
