  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • The Dispatcher is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls. This position is also responsible for managing resources making certain that all calls are answered in a timely manner. The dispatcher also has to enter call information in the computer and make certain that all documentation is completed.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • High School Diploma or GED

    • Minimum Experience
      • N/A

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer

    • Preferred Education
      • Associates Degree

    • Preferred Experience
      • N/A

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification
      • BLS within 90 days

    • Other Requirements
      • N/A
