As Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner to a multimillion dollar customer accountable to ensure that their needs are identified and fulfilled.

Relationship Management
Select Mat is seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who excels at relationship management, thrives in dynamic environments, and values team collaboration. As Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner to a multimillion dollar customer accountable to ensure that their needs are identified and fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Company Mapping - Developing an excellent understanding of our customer’s organization and familiarization with all relevant teams.
- Regular meetings - Develop a detailed calendar for meeting with key contacts within the organization and improving our relationship face-to-face
- Communication - Communicating daily with leadership and the Operations team about customer needs and expectations.
- Strategy - Informing leadership on pain points and developing plans to move past them with the plan in mind of who-when-how.
- Estimating - Responding to customer RFQs and generating quotes
- Job Walks - Attending job walks and estimating job needs and hazards based on them
- Pre-Job Meetings - Attending pre-job meetings and communicating customer needs back to the Operations team
- Site Visits - Visiting job sites to connect with our customers and teams face-to-face
- Change Orders - Tracking changes in job scope based on operations data and timely and accurate change order creation and submission.
- Dispute Resolutions - Representing our company in all minor disputes with regards to payment, invoice practices, or operations.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to ‘tell a story’ using data and presentations.
- Collaborative disposition and problem solving attitude.
- Highly organized and keen attention to detail.
