About This Position
SUMMARY:The Marketing Production Lead oversees the day-to-day marketing operations and creative output of the organization. Reporting to the Communications Director, this position manages and assists in the creation of campaigns across digital and print platforms, oversees marketing initiatives, and ensures consistent branding and messaging across all Association communications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, and digital platforms to promote the Association’s programs, events, and member services.Oversees and contributes to the production of marketing materials, including email campaigns, flyers, graphics, and newsletters, maintaining brand standards across all marketing and communication channels.Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the digital content on the display boards throughout MetroTex offices.Oversees content planning, scheduling, and distribution to promote member engagement and participation.Takes a lead role in managing website updates and content edits, working collaboratively with the Visual Content Specialist and internal or external UI resources to ensure accuracy, usability and alignment with brand standards. Coordinates with the Digital Content Creator and Visual Content Specialist on graphic, photo, and video design needs.Coordinates marketing efforts with internal departments to promote key initiatives, education programs, advocacy efforts, and organizational priorities.Monitors analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, and recommends improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.Supports the Director of Communications in ensuring consistency across all public-facing communications.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Communications Director.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:No supervisory responsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.3+ years of experience in marketing or communicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent attention to detail and organization.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong creative thinking and analytical skills.Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.COMPETENCIES:Organizational Skills - Prioritizes and plans efficiently, information organized and accessible, maintains efficient work space, manages time well.Problem Solving – Strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations timely, uses reason when dealing with emotional topics.Project Management – Monitors status of projects, thoroughly deals with project details, holds project owners accountable, delivers clear, accurate picture of status.Quality – Strives to eliminate errors, accurate work is a priority, seeks opportunities to improve product/services.Collaboration - Works effectively with colleagues, leadership, and cross-functional teams.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Occasionally required to standFrequently required to walkFrequently required to sitFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawlOccasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 20 poundsContinually required to talk or hearWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
